- 4167.01. Definitions.
- 4167.02. Administrator of workers' compensation to operate and enforce program.

- 4167.04. Public employer's duty to provide safe employment; undue hardships.
- 4167.05. Employee's duty to comply with provisions.
- 4167.06. Employee's right to refuse to work under unsafe conditions; notice to administrator; inspection; disciplinary actions.
