§ 4123.81. Prohibition against deduction for premium.
No employer shall deduct any portion of the premium paid by such employer into the state insurance fund from the wages or salary of any employee entitled to the benefits of
sections 4123.01 to
4123.94, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
