[§ 4117.10.3] § 4117.103. Use of school volunteers.
Notwithstanding any provision of
section 4117.08 or
4117.10 of the Revised Code to the contrary, no agreement entered into under this chapter on or after the effective date of this section shall prohibit a school district board of education from utilizing volunteers to assist the district and its schools in performing any of their functions, other than functions for which a license, permit, or certificate issued by the state board of education under
section 3301.074 or
Chapter 3319. of the Revised Code or a certificate issued under division (A) or (B) of
section 3327.10 of the Revised Code is required.
