[§ 4115.03.4] § 4115.034. Adjustment of threshold levels for application of provisions.
 

On January 1, 1996, and the first day of January of every even-numbered year thereafter, the director of commerce shall adjust the threshold levels for which public improvement projects are subject to sections 4115.03 to 4115.16 of the Revised Code as set forth in divisions (B)(1) and (2) of section 4115.03 of the Revised Code. The director shall adjust those amounts according to the average increase or decrease for each of the two years immediately preceding the adjustment as set forth in the United States department of commerce, bureau of the census implicit price deflator for construction, provided that no increase or decrease for any year shall exceed three per cent of the threshold level in existence at the time of the adjustment.
