§ 4111.07. Wages and licenses of apprentices.
The director of commerce may adopt rules under
section 4111.05 of the Revised Code, permitting employment of apprentices at a wage rate not less than eighty-five per cent of the minimum wage rate applicable under
sections 4111.01 to
4111.17 of the Revised Code. The rules shall provide for licenses to be issued for periods not to exceed ninety days and authorizing employment at the wages of specific individuals or groups of employees, or by specific employers or groups of employers, pursuant to the rules.
