§ 4105.05. Suspension or revocation of commission.
A commission to serve as a special inspector may be suspended or revoked by the superintendent of the division of industrial compliance for the incompetence or untrustworthiness of the holder thereof, or for the falsification of any matter or statement contained in his application or in a report of any inspection.
