§ 3937.37. Requirement of disclosure prohibited.
No insurer on its application for an automobile insurance policy shall require the applicant to disclose any refusal or cancellation of automobile insurance other than a cancellation in accord with
section 3937.31 of the Revised Code, and according to the procedure required in
sections 3937.32 and
3937.33 of the Revised Code.
