§ 3905.88. Continuing education.
 

(A)  Each individual who is issued a license as a surety bail bond agent shall complete, in accordance with section 3905.481 [3905.48.1] of the Revised Code, at least fourteen hours of continuing education offered in a course or program of study related to the bail bond business that is approved by the superintendent of insurance in consultation with the insurance agent education advisory council. 

(B)  The superintendent shall, in accordance with section 3905.482 [3905.48.2] of the Revised Code, suspend or revoke the license of any surety bail bond agent who fails to meet the requirements of division (A) of this section and has not been granted an extension of time within which to complete the requirements. 

(C)  The superintendent shall adopt, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, any rule necessary to carry out the superintendent's duties under this section.
