[§ 3905.48.6] § 3905.486. Rules; council recommendations.
The superintendent of insurance shall adopt rules in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to carry out the purposes of sections 3905.04 and 3905.481 [3905.48.1] to 3905.486 [3905.48.6] of the Revised Code. In adopting any rules, the superintendent shall consider any recommendations made by the insurance agent education advisory council.
