[§ 3905.40.1] § 3905.401. Fee exception for reinsurance ceded to affiliated domestic companies.
The valuation fee specified in division (B) of
section 3905.40 of the Revised Code does not apply to reinsurance ceded to affiliated domestic companies.

The effective date is set by section 3 of SB 129.
Effect of Amendments
150 v H 425, effective April 27, 2005, inserted "domestic".
