§ 3773.35. Application for promoter's license.
 

Any person who wishes to conduct a public boxing or wrestling match or exhibition shall apply to the Ohio athletic commission for a promoter's license. Each application shall be filed with the commission on forms provided by the commission, and shall be accompanied by an application fee as prescribed in section 3773.43 of the Revised Code and by a cash bond, certified check, bank draft, or surety bond of not less than five thousand dollars conditioned for compliance with sections 3773.31 to 3773.57 of the Revised Code and the rules of the commission. The applicant shall verify the application under oath. 
 

The commission shall prescribe the form of the application for the promoter's license. The application shall include the name of the applicant, the post office address of the applicant, and any other information the commission requires.
