[§ 3769.08.1] § 3769.081. Repealed.
  

Repealed, 145 v H 361, § 2 [125 v 539; 128 v 938; 136 v H 287; 141 v H 1053]. Eff 9-27-94. 
 

This section provided for an additional tax on wagering for the benefit of municipal corporations or townships where meetings held. 

Also repealed by 145 v H 297, § 2, eff 10-12-94.
