§ 3733.28. Revocation of license; appeal.
The board of health of a health district in which a marina is located may suspend, revoke, or deny a license for violation of
sections 3733.21 to
3733.30 of the Revised Code, or the rules adopted thereunder. Unless there is an immediate serious public health hazard, no suspension, revocation, or denial of a license shall be made effective until the operator of the marina has been given notice in writing of the specific violations, a reasonable time to make corrections, and a hearing afforded before such board. Appeal from any suspension, revocation, or denial of a license shall be made in accordance with
sections 119.01 to
119.13 of the Revised Code, where such action is proposed by the director of health, and in accordance with
Chapter 2506. of the Revised Code when such action is taken by a board of health.
