§ 3733.05. Refusal, suspension, or revocation of license.
The licensor of the health district in which a manufactured home park is or is to be located, in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may refuse to grant, may suspend, or may revoke any license granted to any person for failure to comply with
sections 3733.01 to
3733.08 of the Revised Code or with any rule adopted by the public health council under
section 3733.02 of the Revised Code.

Effect of Amendments
150 v H 368, effective October 13, 2004, deleted "recreational vehicle park, recreation camp, combined park camp, or temporary park camp" following "manufactured home park".
