§ 3730.11. Municipal or township prohibition of businesses.
Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as prohibiting municipal corporations, or townships that have adopted the limited self-government form of township government under
Chapter 504. of the Revised Code, from adopting ordinances or resolutions that prohibit the establishment of businesses that offer tattooing or body piercing services.
