§ 3701.72. Adoption of rules and regulations to maintain minimum standards.
Subject to the provisions of
sections 119.01 to
119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the Ohio department of health shall have the power to adopt reasonable rules and regulations to establish and maintain such minimum standards.
