§ 3365.09. Provisions not applicable to full-time students.
Section 3365.07 and divisions (A) and (C) of
section 3365.08 of the Revised Code do not apply to any college course in which a student is enrolled if during the term such student is enrolled in the college course the student is also a full-time student in the student's district, community school, or nonpublic school. The rules adopted under
section 3365.02 of the Revised Code shall prescribe a method for determining whether a student is enrolled full-time in the student's district, community school, or nonpublic school.
