§ 3361.02. Organization of board; treasurer's bond.
The board of trustees of the university of Cincinnati shall annually elect from their members a chairman and a vice-chairman, and they may also appoint a secretary of the board, a treasurer, and such other officers of the university as the interests of the university require, who may be members of the board. The treasurer, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, shall give bond to the state for the faithful performance of his duties and the proper accounting for all moneys coming into his care. The amount of said bond shall be determined by the board, but shall not be for a sum less than the estimated amount which may come into his control at any time. Said bond shall be approved by the attorney general.
