§ 3319.43. Superintendent of public instruction as "designated state official."
The "designated state official" defined pursuant to Article II of
section 3319.42 of the Revised Code shall be the superintendent of public instruction. He shall enter into contracts pursuant to article III of
section 3319.42 of the Revised Code only with the approval of the specific text thereof by the state board of education.
