§ 3319.29. Fee for license, certificate or permit; applicants subject to investigation, disciplinary actions.
Each application for any license or certificate pursuant to
sections 3319.22 to
3319.27 of the Revised Code or for any permit pursuant to section 3319.301 [3319.30.1], 3319.302 [3319.30.2], 3319.303 [3319.30.3], or 3319.304 [3319.30.4] of the Revised Code, or renewal or duplicate of such a license, certificate, or permit, shall be accompanied by the payment of a fee in the amount established under division (A) of
section 3319.51 of the Revised Code. Any fees received under this section shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the state board of education licensure fund established under division (B) of
section 3319.51 of the Revised Code.
Any person applying for or holding a license, certificate, or permit pursuant to this section and sections 3319.22 to 3319.27 or section 3319.301 [3319.30.1], 3319.302 [3319.30.2], 3319.303 [3319.30.3], or 3319.304 [3319.30.4] of the Revised Code is subject to
sections 3123.41 to
3123.50 of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under
section 3123.63 of the Revised Code and
sections 3319.31 and
3319.311 [3319.31.1] of the Revised Code.
