§ 3313.01. Membership of board of education or governing board of service center.
In local and exempted village school districts and educational service centers, except as provided in
section 3311.054 [3311.05.4] and 3311.056 [3311.05.6] of the Revised Code, the board of education or governing board of an educational service center shall consist of five members who shall be electors residing in the territory composing the respective districts and shall be elected at large in their respective districts.
