2006 Ohio Revised Code - 3309.68. Effective until 12-1-06.

§ 3309.68. Payment of amounts due school employees retirement system.
  

All amounts due the school employees retirement system from the state treasury pursuant to this chapter shall be promptly paid upon warrant of the auditor of state pursuant to a voucher approved by the director of budget and management.
