§ 3309.25. Notice to new employee concerning election of plan.
On receipt of notice under
section 3309.55 of the Revised Code of the employment of a new employee, the school employees retirement system shall inform the employee of the requirements of
section 3309.251 [3309.25.1] of the Revised Code.
