2006 Ohio Revised Code - 3309.08. Oath of office.
Each member of the school employees retirement board upon appointment or election shall take an oath of office that he will support the constitution of the United States, the constitution of the state, and that he will diligently and honestly administer the affairs of the said board and that he will not knowingly violate or willfully permit to be violated any law applicable to
Chapter 3309. of the Revised Code. Such oath shall be subscribed to by the member making it, and certified by the officer before whom it is taken, and shall be immediately filed in the office of the secretary of state.
