[§ 3301.07.22] § 3301.0722. New or modified forms to be reviewed by education data management unit.
As used in this section and section /D3301.0721 [3301.07.21] of the Revised Code, "form" means any report, document, paper, computer software program, or other instrument used in the management information system created by
section 3301.0714 [3301.07.14] of the Revised Code or used to gather required or requested education data under division (I) of
section 3301.07 of the Revised Code or any other provision of state or federal statute or rule.
Beginning July 1, 1992, the state board of education, the superintendent of public instruction, or the department of education shall not put into use any new form or any modified version of any previously existing form, unless the new or modified form has been submitted to the unit established pursuant to
section 3301.133 [3301.13.3] of the Revised Code, the unit has reviewed the form, and the superintendent has considered the findings of the review and the unit's recommendations.
