§ 317.41. Free distribution of living will and durable power of attorney for health care forms.
A county recorder, upon request, may distribute to any person free of charge a copy of the printed form of the declaration described in
section 2133.07 of the Revised Code and a copy of the printed form of the durable power of attorney for health care described in
section 1337.17 of the Revised Code.
