§ 3121.83. Registry is part of SETS; monitoring and updating.
The case registry shall be maintained as part of the automated system created pursuant to
section 3125.07 of the Revised Code and shall be accessed through the system. The office of child support and each child support enforcement agency shall monitor and update the registry, and each agency shall enter the information described in
section 3121.82 of the Revised Code in the registry in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to
section 3121.86 of the Revised Code.
