§ 3121.78. Rules concerning account information agreements.
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules pursuant to
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that govern the provisions of an agreement required pursuant to
section 3121.74 of the Revised Code and the procedure for entering into an agreement.
