§ 3121.58. Arrearage account for unpaid processing charges.
If an obligor fails to make the payment required by division (B) of
section 3119.28 of the Revised Code, the office of child support shall maintain a separate arrearage account of that amount for the obligor. The office shall not deduct the unpaid amount from any support payment due the obligee under the support order.
