[§ 3121.37.2] § 3121.372. Failure to send notice as contempt.
The failure of a person to send any notice required by section 3121.03, 3121.036 [3121.03.6], 3121.05, 3121.06, or 3121.12 of the Revised Code shall be considered contempt of court.
