§ 3119.74. Additional reasons for conducting review.
 

In addition to administrative reviews conducted pursuant to sections 3119.60 to 3119.63 and section 3119.771 [3119.77.1] of the Revised Code, a child support enforcement agency may conduct administrative reviews of support orders to do the following: 

(A) Obtain voluntary notices or court orders under section 3121.03 of the Revised Code; 

(B) Correct any errors in the amount of any arrearage owed by an obligor. 

The agency shall notify the obligor and obligee of the time, date, and location of the administrative review at least fourteen days before the hearing is held.

Effect of Amendments

H.B. 149, Acts 2004, effective June 2, 2004, inserted "and section 3119.771" in the introductory paragraph.
