§ 3119.34. Notice sent to new employer.
Not later than the business day after receipt of a notice under
section 3121.895 [3121.89.5] of the Revised Code of a new hire match, a child support enforcement agency shall send to a person's new employer a national medical support notice if the person is the person required to provide health insurance coverage for the children who are the subject of a child support order.
