[§ 3119.30.1] § 3119.301. Prior health care orders.
 

An order issued pursuant to former section 3111.241 [3111.24.1] or 3113.217 [3113.21.7] of the Revised Code as those sections existed prior to January 1, 1998, that was not terminated on or after that date, and that provides for the health care needs of children subject to a child support order shall be considered to be a requirement included as part of the child support order. The child support order shall be considered to have been issued in accordance with former section 3111.241 [3111.24.1] or 3113.217 [3113.21.7] of the Revised Code as those sections existed on and after January 1, 1998, and prior to March 22, 2001. A child support order issued in accordance with, or any notice issued under, former section 3111.241 [3111.24.1] or 3113.217 [3113.21.7] of the Revised Code as those sections existed prior to March 22, 2001, that was not terminated on or after that date shall be subject to sections 3119.29 to 3119.56 of the Revised Code on and after that date.
