§ 3111.77. Presumed father assumes duty of support.
A man who is presumed to be the natural father of a child pursuant to
section 3111.03 of the Revised Code assumes the parental duty of support with respect to the child as provided in
section 3103.031 [3103.03.1] of the Revised Code.
