§ 3111.67. Rules concerning birth registry.
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules pursuant to
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement the requirements of
sections 3111.64 to
3111.66 of the Revised Code that are consistent with Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 88 Stat. 2351, 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq., as amended.
