§ 3111.50. Right to bring action where order is inconclusive.
If a child support enforcement agency issues an administrative order stating that it is inconclusive as to whether the alleged natural father is the natural father of the child, any of the parties may bring an action under
sections 3111.01 to
3111.18 of the Revised Code to establish a parent and child relationship.
