§ 3111.17. Determination of mother and child relationship.
Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence or nonexistence of a mother and child relationship. Insofar as practicable, the provisions of
sections 3111.01 to
3111.18 of the Revised Code that are applicable to the father and child relationship shall apply to an action brought under this section.
