§ 3109.42. Parent killing other parent ineligible for custody.
Except as provided in
section 3109.47 of the Revised Code, if a parent is convicted of killing the other parent of a child, no court shall issue a custody order designating the parent as the residential parent and legal custodian of the child or granting custody of the child to the parent.
