§ 307.98. Partnership agreement with job and family services director.
Boards of county commissioners may enter into one or more written fiscal agreements with the director of job and family services in accordance with
section 5101.21 of the Revised Code. If a board enters into a fiscal agreement, the board shall enter into the agreement on behalf of the county family services agencies, other than a county family services agency that is a county signer as defined in
section 5101.21 of the Revised Code.
