§ 305.42. Application to petitions.
Sections 305.32 to
305.41 and
305.99 of the Revised Code apply to petitions authorized by sections 307.791 [307.79.1], 322.021 [322.02.1], 324.021 [324.02.1], 4504.021 [4504.02.1], and 5739.022 [5739.02.2] of the Revised Code.
