§ 305.34. Petition form and content.
At the top of each part of the petition mentioned in
section 305.33 of the Revised Code, the following words shall be printed in red:
NOTICE
Whoever knowingly signs this petition more than once, signs a name other than his own, or signs when not a legal voter is liable to prosecution.
