§ 2333.17. Attendance of parties and witnesses.
In a proceeding under
sections 2333.09 to
2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, a party or witness may be compelled, by an order of the judge, or by a subpoena, to attend, before a judge or referee, to testify.
