2006 Ohio Revised Code - 2301.99. Penalty.

§ 2301.99. Penalty.
  

Whoever violates section 2301.33 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars and imprisoned not less than ten nor more than thirty days.
