2006 Ohio Revised Code - 2301.19. Appointment of assistant shorthand reporters.

§ 2301.19. Appointment of assistant shorthand reporters.
  

The court of common pleas may appoint such assistant shorthand reporters as the business of the court requires. Such assistant reporters shall serve for such time as is designated by the court, not exceeding three years under one appointment, shall take a like oath and may be paid at the same rate and in the same manner as the official shorthand reporter.
