§ 2153.15. May vacate and modify judgments.
The juvenile court has the same power to vacate and modify its own judgments or orders during or after term as the probate court has under
section 2101.33 of the Revised Code, and may adopt, publish, and revise rules and regulations for practice in said court not inconsistent with
sections 2153.01 to
2153.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
