[§ 2151.15.2] § 2151.152. Reimbursement of court for costs of children in custody of court.
 

The juvenile judge may enter into an agreement with the department of job and family services pursuant to section 5101.11 of the Revised Code for the purpose of reimbursing the court for foster care maintenance costs and associated administrative and training costs incurred on behalf of a child eligible for payments under Title IV-E of the "Social Security Act," 94 Stat. 501, 42 U.S.C.A. 670 (1980) and who is in the temporary or permanent custody of the court or subject to a disposition issued under division (A)(5) of section 2151.354 [2151.35.4] or division (A)(7)(a)(ii) or (A)(8) of section 2152.19 of the Revised Code. The agreement shall govern the responsibilities and duties the court shall perform in providing services to the child.
