[§ 2133.21.1] § 2133.211. Authority and immunity of qualified nurses.
 

A person who holds a certificate of authority to practice as a certified nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist issued under section 4723.42 of the Revised Code may take any action that may be taken by an attending physician under sections 2133.21 to 2133.26 of the Revised Code and has the immunity provided by section 2133.22 of the Revised Code if the action is taken pursuant to a standard care arrangement with a collaborating physician.
