§ 2133.14. Out-of-state declaration valid.
A declaration executed under the law of another state in compliance with that law or in substantial compliance with
sections 2133.01 to
2133.15 of the Revised Code shall be considered to be valid for purposes of
sections 2133.01 to
2133.15 of the Revised Code.
