§ 1775.10. Admission or representation by partner is evidence against partnership.
An admission or representation made by any partner concerning partnership affairs within the scope of his authority as conferred by
sections 1775.01 to
1775.42, inclusive, of the Revised Code, is evidence against the partnership.
