§ 1707.29. Presumption of knowledge.
 

In any prosecution brought under sections 1707.01 to 1707.45 of the Revised Code, except prosecutions brought for violation of division (A) of section 1707.042 [1707.04.2] of the Revised Code, the accused shall be deemed to have had knowledge of any matter of fact, where in the exercise of reasonable diligence, he should, prior to the alleged commission of the offense in question, have secured such knowledge.
